Can a tenant have more than one account owner?
Yes. Account owners can be represented by a user reference Tenant Field in Plain. User reference fields are a list of users that can hold multiple account owners.
You can set up a tenant field to represent the account owner directly in the UI or via the API.
Each tenant in Plain has exactly one Account Owner, the team member responsible for that account. The Account Owner is a single user field on the company record. It is not a list and cannot hold more than one user.
The Account Owner appears on the tenant page. You can use it in workflows to route or assign threads. For example, a workflow can automatically assign a new thread from a tenant to that tenant's Account Owner.
