How to view all threads for a customer
Click the customer's name in the thread sidebar. This opens the customer's profile page, which lists every thread for that customer across Todo, Snoozed and Done. You can filter and sort these threads the same way you would in any queue.
- Open any thread in Plain.
- In the right-hand sidebar, find the customer's name near the top of the customer section.
- Click the name to open the customer profile page.
The customer name link is always present in the sidebar, so you can do this from any thread.
Recent threads in the sidebar
The sidebar also has a Recent threads section that shows the customer's five most recent threads. Use it for quick context without leaving the thread you are in. For the full history, open the profile page.
