Can I sign in to Plain with a Microsoft account?

Yes, if it is a personal Microsoft account: the same account you use for Outlook, OneDrive or other personal Microsoft services. Sign in with Microsoft works with:

• @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com and @msn.com addresses.
• Personal Microsoft accounts registered under a third-party email address, such as a Gmail address.

  It does not work with work or school accounts managed by your company's IT department. If your organization uses Microsoft Entra ID, formerly Azure AD, your workspace needs SSO instead. SSO lets your whole team sign in to Plain through your identity provider and is available on the Frontier plan. See How to set up single sign-on (SSO) or contact help@plain.com.

How to sign in

1. Go to the Plain sign-in page.
2. Select Continue with Microsoft.
3. Sign in with your personal Microsoft account when prompted.
4. Plain takes you to your workspace.
