Credits

Ari is currently free to use for all workspaces, and does not consume usage based credits in the same way that Sidekick does.

We will move to usage based billing for Ari, based on resolution of threads. This will be communicated, and all plans (including existing customers) will include a healthy quota of Ari resolution credits.
